Docstoc is one of the well known website for uploading files but it only allows us to upload XLS, PPT, PDF, XLS, DOCX, TXT, & DOC files, that means you cant upload softwares and applications in Docstoc.

Depositfiles is my one of the favourite website for uploading files because it pays good amount of money. It pays around 25$ for per 1000 downloads. It supports audio, video and text files. you can upload upto 2GB files and payment mode is via paypal, check and wire.
3) Sharecash.org
Sharecash pays highest amount of money but users can only download your uploaded files by completing survey. It pays $1 to $10 for per download when visitors download it after completing surveys. Sharecash pays via paypal, payza, payoneer, check & Bank transfer.
