Alleged press photo of the Nokia Lumia 1020 reveals Pro Cam app

A week from today Nokia is expected to launch the much-awaited 41-megapixel monster internally known as the Nokia EOS. Though we have seen what the phone may look like through a series of leaked photos, all of them have only shown the back of the device and specifically the camera. But now for the first time, popular leakster @evleaks has posted a press photo of the front side of the Nokia EOS (aka Nokia Lumia 1020).

The photo shows the AT&T version of the Nokia Lumia 1020 and from the front looks quite similar to its predecessor the Lumia 920. What’s interesting though is a new camera app on Live Tiles. Called the Nokia Pro Cam, this could be a tweaked version of Nokia’s native camera app with lot of add-ons and controls to take advantage of the PureView camera on board.

Over the past few weeks we have seen multiple leaks of this forthcoming flagship phone, which is home to a gigantic sensor on the back similar to the PureView 808. In fact, the device has been seen brandishing a polycarbonate and an aluminum body. Other features expected from the product include a 720p AMOLED display, a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus processor, 1GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory.

Just to remind you, the July 11 event at New York City will be viewable on Lumia smartphones and the webcast will begin at 11 AM EDT (8:30 PM IST).
